Kind of reminds me of a scene I saw out of some T.V. show Years ago, where Representatives from Planet A were arguing with Leader of Planet B, who told them to get lost.... then it gets kind of Dark, as a Big ol' Battleship from Planet A slowly orbits in to put a Shadow on the City....
Can't remember for the life of me the name of the show/movie but
it wasn't 'star dreck'.
