Consider: RCP8.5 is THE most dire computer-modeled prophecy of the Earth's future circa 2100. As you can see it claims upwards of a 4.5C increase in the Earth's 'Average' temperature- something which CANNOT be accurately determined because nearly half the planet does not have single temperature station upon it to actually MEASURE such temps- Africa, for example, has very few proper measurement sites- those who make these claims simply SMEAR temperatures from other parts of the continent over the areas not covered.
Consider also: China, India, Germany, Brazil, Japan and a host of other nations are ramping up coal-fired power plants, partly due to the stupidity of shutting down nuclear power-plants, or avoiding building them in the first place.
China and India in particular are EXEMPT from the same economy-crippling sanctions the Paris Accord would have foisted upon the United States. Those two nations combined will in fact be producing as much CO2 AS THE ENTIRE REST OF THE WORLD by 2030, making an absolute mockery of the supposed goals of the Paris Accord.
America staying would not have made the Slightest difference in 'WE'RE SAVING THE WORLD!' And Without the hundreds of billions / TRILLIONS they expected the US to contribute over the rest of the century, the Paris Accord will be pretty much UN-funded. While some nations will try, most will pull back over the next several years, claiming mostly economic reasons for getting the hell out of Dodge.

Nope. Yer graph is wrong... actually its hard to find anything right in what you said.
China and India are going gangbusters for renewables already. China's new coal plants are idle.. but their real purpose was to replace old plants, and remove old factory coal generation. (You know.. the traditional burn coal and make widgets? They are just modernizing that now.)
