Pretty good one, I'd say it's not Moving Fast, the Head seems to be rather even on all sides. I'll take a guess (like any other 'weatherman') and say that maybe at the Higher Latitude of the Great White North and there is less 'Jet Stream' or High Altitude Winds to get the Top of a Storm moving....
